Sel Trois Façons (Salt Three Ways)
No one has an appetite for perfection and swearing like a Québécois in search of poutine. This piece was made for the 2013 Third Coast International Audio Festival ShortDocs contest. The theme was "Appetite," and we had three minutes to tell a story in three courses, using one of the tastes (salty, sweet, sour, bitter, or umami) in the title.
